IPL - Intense pulse light is a non-invasive, non-ablative treatment that delivers high intensity light into deeper layers of skin to improve uneven skin tone, discolouration, vascular lesions, redness, broken capillaries, and sun damage. The light is absorbed by the melanin (brown spots) and hemoglobin (red blood cells in vessels) damaging the undesired target which is then absorbed by the body or brought up to the surface of the skin where they will slough off leaving the skin with a more even complexion.
